We’ll dive deep into the history and technique of the Classical System, on the Mat and all apparatus from the Beginner to Advanced Levels. Whether you are seeing this for the first or tenth time, we promise you’ll discover some new details that you can implement right away.

A Bridge Program that is accessible to fit within your life.
With this state-of-the-art hybrid learning program, you will be learning through a combination of online learning, live virtual training, and in person seminars. You are not limited by geography and students from across the world are encouraged to attend.
The curriculum is very detailed and guided, with weekly master classes/Q&A with a faculty member so you are set-up for success. The program has both theory and practical components so you can embody the material and practice your teaching skills right from the start.

Applicants should have at minimum, a comprehensive training certificate in either Contemporary or Classical Pilates. We are inclusive and welcome all backgrounds, ages, genders, & ethnicities. You can participate in this program from anywhere in the world. Please book a discovery call to see if this program is the perfect fit for you.

If you have already completed a comprehensive training, you are coming in with a strong skill set and anatomical knowledge. This program does NOT include anatomy and we take in consideration that you already are coming in as an experienced teacher. Therefore we will be guiding you on how to level UP your Advanced teaching skills, systematic knowledge, understanding, and CONFIDENCE. You will receive the same course materials as the comprehensive course but the internship requirements are less due to the skills you already have. The exams and projects will be different as we are focused on how to develop your own teaching voice and style.

Yes, you can earn Continued Education Credits (CEC) for the in-person seminar, more than enough to re-certify your NCPT certification.

We understand that you are coming into this program with a skill set and as such, the internship requirement hours are less than our comprehensive program. You will still be required to do lessons, observations, and self practice hours. Your practice teaching hours can be used as your current teaching hours as you implement and practice your new skills. Please book a call with us to discuss further and we can break down what it could look like for you.

Your tuition includes: all virtual learning materials, virtual textbook and app, weekly masterclass, online community, all quizzes, exams, mentored teachings, all in person seminars and final exam. It does NOT include liability insurance, lessons & classes required for internship and exam retake fees.

The program is 375 hours and 40 weeks long, but you sill have 12 months to complete all your internship requirements and test out. The weekly requirements will change & evolve as we go but students should expect to allocate an average of 8-10 hours/week towards their studies.

Yes. After your $500 deposit, you can break down your remaining balance into 10 instalments from September, - June. This payment plan option includes a $500 financing fee. Monthly payments will be $475 CAD, including GST.

Step 2: Fill out the online application form at the bottom of this screen. Once received and the admission requirements are verified, we will send you a link to process the $500 deposit.
Step 3: Upon acceptance and full deposit paid, you will receive a Confirmation of enrollment email and you’re in! 🙌
